When you email us, we receive the information you choose to include. Catering inquiries may include your name, email address, event date, estimated guest count, event location, and other event details. We use this information to respond, discuss availability and pricing, and arrange catering services.
The catering form opens a draft in your email app. It does not upload your form entries to a website database or send the inquiry automatically. You must review the draft and press Send. Please avoid including payment card numbers or other sensitive personal information in your inquiry.
Website technology
We have not added advertising pixels or analytics trackers to this website. Our website code does not set tracking cookies or save catering form entries in browser storage. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Their own privacy practices also apply.
Email and outside services
Inquiries sent to our Gmail address are processed through our email service. Our online ordering link takes you to an outside ordering service, where you may provide order, contact, and payment information. That service handles its own collection and processing under its privacy policy. Payment details are not entered on this website.
Links to Instagram and other outside websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices. Please review those services’ privacy policies when using them.
Keeping information and privacy requests
Customer correspondence may remain in our email account and related business records. You can contact us to ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain for an active order, business recordkeeping, or legal obligations. This policy does not set a fixed retention period.
